Contracting is won on prequalification documents, and the person assembling that shortlist is checking three things: have you delivered this scope, at this scale, in this region. Most contractor websites answer none of them. They open with a stock photo of a crane and a paragraph about commitment to excellence.

Structure the entire site as evidence. A filterable project archive by sector, scale and region; a capability statement that downloads as a PDF for the procurement file; and a careers section, because in Saudi construction the ability to show you can staff a project is itself a credential.

The project archive is the spine of the page. Filters are plain nouns a procurement officer would actually use — commercial, residential, fit-out, Riyadh, Dammam — not marketing categories. Each row states the reference code, scope, delivery method, duration, status and value band on one line, so a reviewer can scan twenty projects without opening anything. The capability statement is requestable from two places, and the careers form is on the same page because staffing capacity is part of the pitch.

Weight and precision. A structural grid that stays visible as a design element, monospaced figures for quantities and dates, and a restricted palette so the project photography is the only colour on the page. Arabic headings are set heavier than the Latin equivalents, because Arabic display type reads lighter at the same optical weight.

A tight, near-monochrome build: a four-metric capability bar in the hero, a filtered archive, a specification table, and no decorative weight anywhere. The grid stays visible as a design element rather than being hidden, which suits the sector. Both language versions are complete, and the Arabic headings are set a weight heavier than the Latin because Arabic display type reads lighter at the same optical weight.

The published demo loads in 106 KB in English and 229 KB in Arabic. The archive structure scales from twelve completed projects to two hundred without a redesign, and a procurement officer can go from landing to a capability-statement request in two clicks. YETREMA original.
