Scope of work

Every project is defined by a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline and price. That proposal, once accepted, is the agreement. Work outside it is quoted separately before it is carried out.

Payment

Standard project terms are 40% on signature, 40% at design approval and 20% at launch. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals at the pegged rate; the invoicing currency is agreed in writing before work begins. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, Shopify plans, fonts and stock imagery are not included and are billed at cost.

Revisions

Two rounds of revision are included at the design stage. Further rounds, or changes requested after a stage has been approved, are billed at our hourly rate and quoted first.

Client responsibilities

Timelines assume content, approvals and access are provided when scheduled. Delays in these move the delivery date by at least the length of the delay.

Ownership

On final payment, all deliverables, source files and design files transfer to you. Hosting, domain and analytics accounts are registered in your name from the start. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Digital products

Templates are licensed, not sold. A single commercial licence covers use on one live website or store. You may modify the files freely. You may not resell or redistribute them, or include them in another template product. Because the products are delivered instantly as digital files, purchases are non-refundable — but if a template does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it or refund it.

Warranties

We fix defects in our own work free of charge for 30 days after launch, and for six months in the case of template products. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, and we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic volumes or sales results.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
