What we collect

When you send a project brief or contact us we collect your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country, industry, website URL and whatever you write in the message. If you buy a template, our payment processor collects the billing details needed to complete the transaction. We do not see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver a product you have bought, and provide support. That is the entire purpose. We do not build marketing lists from enquiries, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own use.

Analytics and advertising choices

When you allow optional analytics in the consent banner, we may use configured services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to understand aggregate visits, page use, traffic sources, device categories and interaction with site calls to action. We configure these services not to send the contents of contact form fields, your name, email address or telephone number as analytics event data. You can refuse optional tracking or change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser; the site will continue to work.

Processors we use

Hosting, email, form handling, payment processing and, where you consent, the analytics providers named above are provided by third-party services acting on our instructions. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active or potential working relationship, and then deleted. Records connected to a purchase or an invoice are kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the contact address below and we will act on it.

Cookies

The site stores essential language and currency preferences in your browser so it opens the way you left it. Optional analytics or advertising cookies, or equivalent browser storage, are set only after you accept the consent banner. You may refuse them and the site will continue to work normally.
