Both. Rebuilding an existing store is often the better commercial decision — the catalogue, reviews, customer data and search history stay, and we redesign the theme and page templates around them.
Shopify Payments where your entity qualifies, plus Mada, Apple Pay, and buy-now-pay-later through Tabby or Tamara, and cash on delivery. We configure what your business licence and market support — the available set depends on your entity and country, and we confirm it before quoting.
Only if the app list is disciplined. We audit every app you are running or planning, measure what it costs in load time, and replace what we can with theme code. Most stores we take over are carrying three to six apps they do not need.
