Almost every slow site we take over in Riyadh is slow for the same three reasons: uncompressed images uploaded at camera resolution, a page builder loading its entire framework on every page, and four or five plugins doing what twenty lines of code would do. None of that is exotic and none of it needs a rebuild to diagnose. What it does need is someone willing to measure before recommending, which is why the audit is a paid, separate step rather than a free lead magnet with a foregone conclusion.

Often, yes. The audit tells us whether fixing is cheaper than rebuilding, and sometimes the honest answer is that it is not. We say so rather than selling you six months of patching.
Not if the migration is done properly. Every old URL is mapped to a new one with a 301 redirect before launch, the sitemap is resubmitted, and Search Console is watched for coverage errors for thirty days afterwards. Ranking dips of a week or two are normal; permanent loss is a sign the redirect map was skipped.
We maintain and fix WordPress sites, and we migrate off them when that is the better spend. For new builds we usually recommend a static build or Shopify, because most business sites do not need a database and pay for one in speed and security every day.
