You can book directly here. The calendar on this page is the same one the aggregator apps read, so availability is identical — but booking direct means no platform commission, and the difference goes into the rate rather than a fee.
Thirty per cent to confirm the dates, with the balance due seven days before arrival. A refundable security deposit is taken on arrival and returned after check-out.
Family gatherings within the guest count are fine. Anything larger, or with external catering and suppliers, needs to be agreed in advance so we can arrange staffing and inform the neighbours.
