Fixed fees for defined work — incorporations, contract drafting, policy sets. Hourly only where scope genuinely cannot be fixed, and then with an agreed cap and monthly reporting against it.
Yes, and it is a large part of the practice. We advise on entity choice, licensing, employment structure and the commercial realities that do not appear in the regulations.
Documents and advice are produced in either language, and bilingual where a contract will be relied on by parties in both. Filings follow whatever the relevant authority requires.
